A FAMILY STORY

OUR HISTORY

Casa Marsili is, above all, a family story. Nestled in the heart of the Marches region, our olive grove has been carefully passed down from generation to generation since the late 19th century. On this same land, surrounded by our centenary olive trees, stands our ancestors' house, a silent witness to our deep attachment to this land.

For over a century, our olive oil was intended only for an intimate circle: our family. Today, we have decided to open the doors of Casa Marsili and share this natural treasure with you. Our ambition? To introduce an authentic, pure olive oil, rich in history, to those who seek the true taste of simple things.

  • The place

Nestled between the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, the Marche region is one of Central Italy's still-undiscovered treasures. With its rolling hills, hilltop villages, and untouched landscapes, it offers a unique terroir, bathed in sunshine and sea breeze – the perfect balance for cultivating olive trees with character.

  • The family

It is in this authentic setting, on our family's land, that our olive oil is born. An oil that faithfully reflects the richness and simplicity of this still-preserved region.

  • Leccino - Olio Marsili

    The oil

Here, olive oil has been part of the culture since ancient times. Typical varieties include Raggia , with its fruity and delicate taste; Mignola , more intense and peppery; and Ascolana Tenera , known for its subtle balance.

Production

At Casa Marsili, each harvest is a story of patience, precise gestures, and a deep respect for our land. Here, there are no industrial machines or frantic pace: we pick our olives by hand, with the greatest care, to preserve each fruit intact.

The harvest takes place at optimal ripeness, always respecting the natural cycle of the olive trees. Once the olives are gathered, they are cold-pressed within 24 hours, using purely mechanical processes, in a small, trusted frantoio very close to our olive grove.

We monitor every step of the transformation with almost obsessive attention: from the sorting of the olives to the oil filling the containers. This level of control allows us to guarantee a pure, fresh oil, true to the best our land has to offer.
